Breathe Out

Most of the time we focus on the inhales, on pulling the out in.  But if anxious or stressed, the best way to calm down is to focus on the exhale.  When our pockets are full, the load becomes heavy, we must make space again.   
Breathe out...to the very bottom of the exhale.  Pause.  Stillness lies in that space between your breathes--  when you transform the breath and the breath transforms you.   If you breathe it all out, when you breathe in again you can start fresh, without the older stale energy mixing with the new.  Breathe out.
